1.)  Where you do ship from?
Everything is manufactured and shipped from the United States.

2.)  How fast do you ship and when do I receive the Tracking link?
Normally orders are shipped one business day after you order and shipped two-day priority shipping.  We send your Tracking link the day your your art is shipped.

3.)  Is the package gift-ready?
Yes, there is no mention of price inside the box, if you are giving it as a gift, you can have them open the box without fear of a price invoice inside.

4.). Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately no. Since each product is custom-made with your child’s name, we are not able to refund.  However, if there is any problem with manufacturing or quality, (which is incredibly rare) simply peel-off the return label inside the box, and ship it back and we’ll make it right.

5.) Is your art Gallery Quality?
Yes. We use 100%, Made in the U.S.A. printing and framing products.  We use Gallery Quality photographic Paper mounted on thick mat-board and then professionally framed using heavy duty and gorgeous resin wood-like frames.  Quality so good, most people cannot tell the difference between our resin made frames and real wood frames.

6.) Is your art original and unique?
Yes.  All of our artwork is hand-drawn and 100% unique and original artwork.  You are supporting local artist’s when you buy from us.
